Schema Differences between Version 6.3 and Version 6.4

Version 6.3 Schema File: cwe_schema_v6.3.xsd -> Version 6.4 Schema File: cwe_schema_v6.4.xsd

Minor changes from 6.3 --> 6.4:

Added a Name attribute uniqueness constraint for Weaknesses/Categories/Views.

Added "Power" and "Clock" to the FunctionalAreaEnumeration, which is used in the Functional_Area element in Weaknesses.

Added "Go" to the LanguageNameEnumeration, which is used in the Applicable_Platform and Demonstrative_Example elements in Weaknesses.

Fixed typo in StatusEnumeration documentation.
